umm...go to Misc2 -> MapItemIcon -> and check the Gold box and then start. Restart client and only 5000+ gold will be shown as gift bags. Go to Main -> Pickup -> turn Items on and Tokens off. This way will pick the gold bars and mets/dbs only.

Remember when I said I was too lazy to add it? lol... well is a hell of a work, because some of the functions have fixed coords (like the background skill/sh/heal lvler) and that means I have to write a double script for it. Not impossible but requires a lot of work. I will try to add it asap tho, but don't expect miracles :p
