any chance you can add in an auto attack function for the floating castle?
01/05/2010 09:15 Utharnl#17
@InsanePhotoGuy
Yeah should be possible to implement that but will have to wait a few weeks before I have time.
But when I have time I will first implement a building queue and then start with this feature.

suggestions to improve is maybe have a minimum force for the training that way if your below that force your hero will stop attacking, and possible city upgrade options.

Only when the Floating Castle is active it's easy to get your attack force, so I can't really use that to decide stop attacking. But will think about it, maybe I get some good idea^^.
But when your hero is lvl10+ and almost full with troops it won't easily die if you let the bot run for a day.

About the city upgrades, that's coming very soon :)
I was planning to start with it this weekend and should be ready for release next week.

'll let you guess that one azz100 :p. You get one hint, look at the name of the bot.

You don't have to worry about any key logger here :)
But you can always scan it if you want or ask other users that use it.
If you want to check for any outgoing connections you can use the program called "[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]"

Sorry guys, it's going to take a bit longer to add the building queue.
The current version uses blocking calls (That's why the interface is hanging every 10 seconds).
If I add the building queue in this version that would mean the interface is almost always hanging :(.
Going to rewrite a part of the bot and then it should work fine.

Greetings Uthar

Are you working on a new bot ? :)
01/30/2010 01:03 Utharnl#22
Yeah, making a small bot for the game Grepolis. Building queue only.

To get the building queue working for Empire Craft I have to rewrite a very big part of the bot. Wanted to do something different first before I start with that.

So i will wait patiently for it :)

Wonderful program, thank you much!

Is there any way to have 2 heroes from the same city on Training mode, or will they always both attack the same devils?
02/15/2010 10:38 Utharnl#26
When in training mode the bot will always attack the nearest Devils.
Because of this they will almost always attack the same target.

You could send your hero temporarily to an other city that has no heroes in training.
Otherwise I don't have a solution for that yet.

Okay, thanks for your response.

I'm no good at programming, but you know how right now the bot cycles through the farms.txt locations for each city, does first one, then second, then third... It must store something that says the first location has been attacked already, so move to the second...

What if there was a training.txt file? Something like

"City1;BlueHeroID#;GreenHeroID#
City2; PurpleHeroID#;BlackHeroID#"
and so on...

Have the bot fetch the ID# of the first hero from City1, send him to nearest devils, let's say (037,124). Is it possible to then save 037124 in memory, and then fetch second hero ID# and search for nearest devil that is not 037124? Then clear it from memory after each city is finished processing?

Not trying to pretend I know how to do it! I was just thinking about it a little heh. No idea if that idea would be possible to do.

Either way, the bot is already awesome right now! Thanks again for it.

Awesome bot. It helps me a lot for rose hunting in the current Valentine's Day event.

However is it possible to consider the following wish items:
1. Train multiple heroes in a city
2. Send 3 heroes to farm a city because 1 hero cannot get many resources and if farm a city 2nd or 3rd time in a day, will get fewer and few resources.
3. Have building queue
4. Heal the injured soldiers and heroes

I'm currently working on version 2.0. It has exactly the same functionality as version 1.63 but I rewrote most of the code.
When that is done it will be easier to add new functionality to it. Version 2.0 is probably done later this week.

@Zraelin Everything is always possible but sometimes it just takes to much time to add it. But I have some ideas to get training multiple heroes from the same town working. Your idea was almost correct I only need to remember the location of the Devils town till the hero is back in town.

@airplane468
1. Coming soon
2. No idea yet how I'm going to do that. Only way I can think of now is to send all heroes in the town to the same farm city.
3. Already working on that :)
4. No plans for that yet.

I have a problem: after pressing "Start" the bot freezes(not right away, but after a couple of minutes or so). It works in the background (he is giving me lots of roses:handsdown:) but the whole GUI becomes blank, and the only way to stop it is to kill the process. I'm running Windows 7.
Can you combine the heroID window with the settings window in a way that each hero has a checkbox for the training mode or something? And the automatic FC is great, one doesn't have to wake up at strange hours to send the heroes. I just leave them fully loaded and set the time.
Great ideea about the buildind queue! I can hardly wait the new version.

EDIT: the healing is a nice idea too, check it out, maybe is not that hard/time consuming.
