That's something you'll want to complain about then, in my opinion at least. You can use this forum to do that: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Your problem is listed as "I would like to report a bug" under "Misc". I'm sure if you bought the bot as well, then they have private forums for you to use, or they did at some time.

the pm system tell me 0 sent 0 inbox ... so that i typed ... and i paid also more then 5 castumars paid with no renew and no answer and admins don't log into the site cuase that i typed here cuase thorev answer and typing in this site ,,, don't say somthings you don't know about it full informations ,,, and thanx for bad way that you talked with me
