I had this problem before.
Re-install your game and you will be fine( if you still get this error some file is missing from ECSRO folder)

EDIT:
Testserver is ON and Off, because ECSRO team try to work on it, they test new thing they discover.

Reason why you get it:
1. Cant connect to server.
2. sro_client is fucked up and is unable to start the game properly.
3. Some parts of the media.pk2 that is important is damaged.

could be more reasons, but its the most reasonable reasons ;D (that sounded kinda weird)

Damn wtf it`s so hard to get it server is closed atm and he tries to start the test srv with loader , that`s why he get`s that eror .......not bcs of the red bullshit u said ......

guys, when i wanted to play SJSRO i downloaded a client from the SJSRO servers discussion which says he is the client for ECSRO, can i use the client to play on the testserver? i only need an account then :P

Strictly your brain on,on testserver 1000PPLS could test lv 100 with lv 100skills and see how nice ecsro rly are(but ecsro is not rly nice) and join the server!

Uhm, Why do u complain ur not a paying member lol, Ur just a free player complaining because u have a lv 52 char with +3 set on public and u cant log on to it lol so pls STFU
