No, not everything is private! The fact that you didn't find any guides online it means that this was not done or was done and kept private.

Code your proxy first I'd suggest then find someone with c++ knowledge to build a proper hwid limit for you.

What do you mean with can't find English xD

Before creating a HWID, I suggest you start coding your own proxy, get around how sro packets work. Because you actually need some C++ knowledge to create a proper hwid limit.
