[Request]Packet editing bombs?

Back then executing skills were actually client-sided. I believe it still is, however the game now checks for valid Item ID before the skill-included items like Wax Wings and Bomb items would even activate the skill.

No. They used the itemdb.xml mod. =w= no guild is going to hack the server because 1.) nobody's that stupid and 2.) They'd be arrested if they were stupid enough (Ex: That japanese kid who hacked shitloads of nx)

The only way it was possible to do this infinite bomb trick was in itemdb.xml, before they patched it. Now the server checks to make sure you have all 3 bombs, and there's most likely no way to bypass that check.

didnt that japanese kid just spam click the button to recieve the 10k nx, thereby getting it a lot of times?

ok here is the thing if you can get the server to belive that you have the item when you send the packet you could pull it off

most ppl have even stated in sevreal other post,s dll edits + a packet editor can achieve alot fo the results ppl want
just sending a packet is fail and just doing a dll edit on certain things thats server side checked is fail now add both together the server dont know the diffrence ;)

Idk, the articles said he went to some underground site and got a fired nexon employee's user id and pass and added 100000000000 nx to his account

Yes the boy from Jap used a ex nexon id to log into there system
which isent hacking at all
