For those who say things like this are an over kill, unneeded etc...
Remember, not everyone knows how to edit the XML's, even though it is rather simple for most of us, some people just do not understand and if this tool helps them, it was worth it.
Also, I assume using this tool will be somewhat faster than manually editing the XML's or swapping out folders.
Plus, it's not just the idea of it's usage of why it was made, it was the idea of making it that adds excitement.
