I did, and I didn't use a Brute Force. There's only so much you can do with one... >,<

Twintail gives B+ material? So I wont be able to tailor those 4+ mana reduction sets?

Lol this was a bunch of fail... can you even use this stuff anymore? -_-

You most likely won't be able to create +4 mana reduction sets, from my experiences Twintail gives you good but not the perfect results that you're looking for. However I suppose from what i've heard that adjustments need to be made to create better quality. So even if the bypass isn't an issue; additional programming is required which further restricts who can utilize it to its full potiential. dont assume twintail will give you grade S finishes if your just rank F tailoring/bs

heck, you need at least rank 9 to make it possible for grade A+

Twintail works at 100%, I have a rank 1 tailor and get perfect finish's all the time.
