Nothing wrong with showing their response, but you out of all the people out there should realise that they gave up on the game since D12 was released.

I actually don't think they gave up on the game after they implemented 125 Cap but...

They are 1. too lazy to response with a legit answer (support based) or 2. they have a poor support, you atleast expect from an International company to have an english call center too (As I heard you can only 'actual' talk if you can speak korean)
3. It seems like they only care about players around Korea. They know that the players in Europe are having delays, still they didn't fixed it.

You just expect more from a company but they gave up their players long ago, which you can't make the players look bad since they acted completly wrong on the issues (Joymax & co). I guess they are trying to keep the rest of the players they can have to earn a bit more money & close after a while.

Of course they realise that having servers in Europe brings them alot of income, example was sro-r servers which were in UK, I played on one of them and I can tell u that it was very populated with real players, but for them it's also probably more expensive to keep the servers there.

Don't expect any 'helping' support from joymax, I tried it many times and it seems like all their replies are automatic replies. That's also one reason why i left isro.
