Auto-loot is impossible to do without memory hacking, I cannot see other workaround that's possibly legit.

Auto-pill can be done with pixel comparision or memory hacking.

I'll research on the pixel comparision tho.. I have my doubts I'll succeed on it, c# is a bit lame when it comes to game hacking.

Without touching memory process just add 1 more key to select for autoloot this key ( ' ) will pickup all from ground but is not a problem i have stuck item working and for autobuff u can add 2more keys to select the f4 and f5 at delay of 200sec like u made pet autofeed.
If u have time will be just awesome

(I use ur minibot for aoe and pet feed one macro program to press ' one program from Mega to stuck items and 1 more macro program to press f4 f5(bufs) at 200 sec. Im not a pro coding so if u have time i will big tks u if u can add to ur mini bot pickup and bufs)

No you cannot be banned for this.
This does not modify or access the game content (modifying memory, files, etc)

i use windows 7 ultimate..

Close and open again when i play and if im go out a bit from game window and return macro dont press anymore but if u close and open again problem solved

Stop and start my mistake with close and open i was thinking to stop and start again but i posted close and open
