Yes , "Unique" said on his youtube in a comente to someone who used those 100% parts that it wasnt allowed because the elite parts are already Overpowered enough.

Even with RocketCSL i can't get below 3:15 :P And my best time with mp4 is 3:38:12 :P Now best is 3:33:75 :D

I'm so freakin' bad driver :/ I'm waiting for some TE or Pursuit challenge :D
