i think that problem in code because if you check all tables will see works prefect with type varchar(100) try to get the real code from soruce code of plus notice will sloved the problem.

this screen with 10 rows by data type time(7) with inserting query 10 rows at same time ..
all rows time are same .. so i cannot select top 1 order by date ,
other solution is selecting top 1 order by ID ..
i will test it now then i release it 4 u

Dude, just edit the source and use Thread.Sleep(1000) after sending a notice -- 1000 = 1 second and you're done.

another one is editing send notice timer interval to 1 second. or as u want.

Use iLegend_Tool database while u fix the problem , cuz idk what is the problem with you , because this source code not my main files , he got it by decompiling the exe file. i don't protect it because its a free open source version ..
