someone from here have made a tool for conquer, that has four options. one of it is the autojump. it's the same as holding down the Ctrl key. i don't know the name anymore, but i have it on my main pc. will post it/link here when i'm back home.

Sorry for bumping this but I wanted to comment lol.
I used the accessability key and it did help a lot but there is a huge downside, it's a major pain to pick up items when using it. I recommend it for lazy people, especially if they don't care about drops. You can kick back and use just the mouse and ignore your keyboard completely. Also good for people that don't want to use bots of macros. :P

just keep your bottom left palm on the ctrl key
keep your left fingeres on the f1-10 keys
