Making LOTF into a 5065 Source

Just to prove ive done it heres the encryption key ( i was going to release the source but plain out elitepvpers suck and yashi made realise not to release shit here)

the question is tiku: are you gonna upgrade from 5017 - 5065? or reverse engineer from 5095 - 5065? like they've said, packet encryption changes via 5018+ then you gotta upgrade from 5018 - 5065, and also like they've said, 5095 - 5065, packet encryption doesn't change, so simply downgrade.

I'm not sure about this but I thought they added Blowfish encryption at patch 5018, so you would have to add that, or put in CoEmu's one.

Downgrade 5095 Coemu and make it 5065, the encryption wont change, just the packet structures.

You ahve to change all the packets and exncryptions, so they work with the current patch.
I wouldn't do this with a LOTF.
is not a good idea, cause LOTf is so buggy.

That being said if you are on the level of programing knowledge where you can program new features from scratch and update the encryption/packets... then you can probably just make your own source, or know better then to try to use lotf.

Doing large amounts of modification to lotf is generally not a good idea simply because it's a very poorly coded source to start with and most people who try it don't know what they are doing. This ends up with the source just being more and more fucked up as you try to add stuff.

You could always try bringing CoEmu down in patches (remove 5095 features and change encryption/packets back to 5065)... or just write your own source.
Mostly packets well , encryption is released so yeah.It'd be harder getting the packets for 5065.
