Very good program, but everytime I start league does it work now since i clicked the Patch button? Or do I always need to patch it before i play.

google chrome says its malware when trying to download

need to open everytime or just at every update ?

You do not need to open league through lolupdater every time, One time per League of legends patch is enough.
