more then 2 clients

This is a patch to open more then 2 clients do not have CO running while you patch it or it will not work

guess we wont need this anymore

me too. if like 1st client lagging u open 2nd one.. then direct x error sori didnt see was on 2nd page

start with downloading a hex editor then instal it, open it and from the open Conquer.exe, go find teh line what he said and edit it as he said

No longer works with hex edit, looking for coders namechanger but searches coming up with nothing... any help?

Yeah, the hex edit above only works up to the 15th.


then we need people to de-code conquer.exe in CO2.

open strRes.ini, look for where it says 'English', and change it to somethingelse. save and restart CO. back up your files by the way. i hope this still works after the nov 15 patch :ops:

Yeah, I hope it works after the CO 2 patch too...I'd go nuts if I couldn't run SIX instances of Conquer at a time. Nice to have two sellers, three miners, and my main going all at once. Keeps the game interesting for me.

no strres edit doesnt work for co2

i cant seem to find those.. tired with 3EF90 and 3EF94...
can someone help?

hmmm the file COwindow doesnt work.. cuz mismatch version.
The explanation of editing Conquer.exe is wrong as well. At the offset line 003EF90 ( There is no h or 94... in there i looked up all).

The Hex line is totally different from what someone posted it.
