2. It's not useless, I show people a video, the definition of useless "not fulfilling or not expected to achieve the intended purpose or desired outcome." The "desired outcome" here is that I show the members of this wonderful community a video.

It's not useless, you're posting a video, to inform users.

No it's not directly breaking a rule, but the topics which were stuck aren't without any reason there, they are collecting videos, pictures & short questions by user to avoid useless spams in the sections.

There is a thread for such movies.
