If we trust arjulie, no, it's safe.

If we trust virustotal, there is a potential.

But the detection ratio is not really high, it can be a false positiv.

I didn't say it's a virus or not, i just mention that the virus called "HEUR / QVM10.1.Malware.Gen" is a backdoor.

We haven't any information about how he/she fix the item mall, and why he/she had to add the use of the dll.

Use at your own risk, but when we will have an explanation, we can be sure that it's safe :)

You have sql 2012 +
Remove ItemMallFix.dll and should be work but you can buy only free items with 2012+

I removed the dll, and now works. But the game does not appear to amount of points in my account. Does anyone know anything about that?

With 2012 or 2014 dll must be removed because have DC when you select character

I used the dll with sql 2008 and sql 2012 and two, I had dc to select the character. :(

Why you DC cos the itemmallfix edit in visual studio 2013 and he use Sql 2008 if youcknow how to change the dll you can run this in Sql 2012 or higher.
