The best for your project, if you're trying to administrate an existing Conquer Server, would be to use the existing Database part of the project, and re-use it in a kind of module.

A new GUI, for a new piece of software, using already written lines of codes.

If you need to implement it in a website simple SQL Formatted queries and a good php structure would be enough (you may have to manage some TCP Connections to refresh it...so the module would be the best solution).

Hard to explain things that should be learned at school or in manuals..
These notions are too basic to be explained easely.

You should try to find SQL and Php lessons.
Or official Syntax on the web.

zbest is asking for people cause he cant program shit himself, look at that screenshots even the design spits total failure, and people don't have awhole lot about some slappy design from photoshop you need to come with a working thing everyone can draw a fine lines in paint, seriously im surprised you are still around as much of stealing and lies you make.
