Yeah. x111 rates.

About the content:
- bugged resources (and nothing new in those)
- working ref clothes & +13~15 ref
- not working CCD
- 100% success rates
- new "warp zones" at E (just new couriers places) - unfortunately most of them aren't working (but they've got nice ideas)

Don't know about Icy. And ping is a bit horrible for me (lagging hard @ nukes, gonna check melee skills on my hyb)
