Sorry but these 2 points are in conflict with each other. Assume we translate elitepvpers and provide an Italian localization pack, the board itself is in Italian but all the threads (i.e. the content) remains English/German. How is that helping you if you can't understand English/German?

There is much more content compared to the board features, so you may not use translators for the board itself but still for the content that people post. Of course this is not important if the only thing you do is sending Italian messages to other people but then you could simply use messengers.

Because of this I don't see any chances that this will be implemented. That wouldn't make much sense and requires work which can be better invested into other features.
