Is there any way that I can lower my ping?

I'm from England, UK.

Pings on servers;
RU; 150-170
EU; 40-50 (thats my normal)
the rest are laggy 200+.

On EU server there are max 5-10 people who play private games.
And on RU servers there are more, and I wanna play on RU but my ping is too high.
