I guess you have problem because of string/skillname.csv and string/skilldesc.csvQuote:
try too run with your old string folder. And add the skills in that.

The skilldesc.csv and skillname.csv get over 255 rows if you use korean.Quote:

So you need too delete alokens skillsname and desc. Then those file will work.

I did edit the all new skill .csv files.
Also, skilltable.csv/skilldesc.csv too.
Soon I will release.
Alloken skills too all done.
