@blade
is that what you set it as when you originally installed mysql? if not go to start > all programs > AppServ > Reset MySQL root password
or something like that

Do I make the password 'test' when I reset my sql pass?

w/e u want it to be, but you would have to change quite a few files if u dont want it to be test

I forgot to add something. Go to c:/zfserver/MYSQL and you'll see my.ini
Open it and go down and you'll see something that says user and password.
Change both of them to "test" and you'll also see something like D:/zfserver/MYSQL/mysql-nt.exe
Change everything with "D:/" to "C:/"
Close mysql-nt.exe in task manager and winmysqladmin and try again.
I'll edit the MYSQL folder and upload it since that also isn't copyrighted. I'm at school at the moment on a damn netbook. I can barely type on this.

After installing Navicat, make a new connection by Going under Connections.
The connection name doesn't matter.
Leave hostname/ip and port alone.
Put the User name and password as "test".
Click okay and you'll see a connection named whatever you put in ConnectionName. I'll Use TestServer as an example. Open TestServer and then cq. You'll see many tables. Highlight them ALL and hit delete.
Do I have to reinstall AppServer? I can't make a new connection with the password and user name as test because mine is root and it has to be password I made with appserver so what do I do?

Uninstall Appserv and while re-installing, uncheck the box that say MySql Database from the 4 options.
