For LF4 16 level it should be
200x(1+16*0,004) = 200x 1,064 = 212,8 because 1 level add only 0,004 multiple
with Seprom *1,6
PP (fat lasers) *1,12
+boosters *1,25
+design (Venom, ...) *1,05

LF4 in drones:
+havocs *1,20
+upgraded drones 16 level *1,064

Also maximum damage of 1 LF4 is around 640 without drone formations (Bat, Pincer)
