As seen on the screenshots at the 1st post, every char is at lv80, witch means 80cap, Legend PRE-euro maybe.

For multiclients? Durig the Beta? Fast IP ban before official start of the server? I'd better risk it AFTER CBT ends and the server officialy starts just to be on the safe side :)
