-1st looks like they are SRO_Taiwan_TestLocal ServerFiles
-2nd ScriptFiles are missing (you could use VSRO 193 Scriptfiles but then some quests are missing)
-3rd Original TWSRO Certification is missing, you simply use VSRO Certfification.
-4th Why you release the bak files of the Database. Taiwan TestLocal + Official got hacked with MDF / LDF files why you dont release them?
-5th The TestLocal files contains many bugs.
