No. U are getting this wrong. Im not searching for an amazing acc :). Im searching for an Account with a free transfer to tr(or an account which is already there), thats the most imporant thing. Furthermore i want as much runes and champs as possible. Elo and Skins are worth nothing for me. Thats why i dont want to pay for these Accs that are plat with 150 skins.
