@Prot0type : Don`t improve LOTF. Try to do some stuff on Hybrid`s source, it will help you a lot.

its because egyptions have a very different language and culture then english, so it is harder to learn how stuff works and our culture; especially if they are raised in egypt or another egyption place.

Most of the time they dont understand you and thats why they keep saying it, but b/c of that they need egy forums and egy conquer.

Hungarian, Chinese, Japanese, etc. are also different both in language and culture, yet 90% of us can still talk understandable.

Indeed. I can speak 4 different languages, yet I'm only 15, so I think we can blame it on stupidity.

yes but egy's have struggles with our culture apperently, i wouldnt blame it on stupidity, since each country has its own mental & genious and so does egypt. I understand what u guys mean about them but try to be fair, you go learn egyptian then come back....
