C++/CLI Packet sniffer

Since I'm not quite having the time to continue working on this, and since I also have some issues keeping a stable client connection when running (seems to be working much better on Windows 8), I'm releasing this.

I need to thank to CptSky for support and for his COPS V7 release (from where I took part of the code), and to pro4never for his work on ProxyParadise (from which I was inspired). I also need to thank Nullable and tanellipe for the COEncryption library [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

And KraHen, thank you for supporting me.

P.S. Mind though it's my first project in C++ (after "Hello world!").

This was the best project epvp has seen for a long time (bot/proxy wise), big ups from me, and I think that I can speak for the underground and all the section veterans in this case, nice job!
