Useful Hacking Tools

Well, someone requested me for the Hacking tools thread. Can't tell if they were from Twelve Sky or Dragonica, so I'll just bump them both.

While you can make a uce, you won't be able to do anything with the games memory. IF your lucky you'll be able to read memory which can be useful.

But no, in order to do any actual hacks you need to disable hackshields detection functions. Basically... make it turn a blind eye to whatever you do.
