You go in with 2 ships, one of them goliath with spectrum design and one config with full shields on ship.The other steps, just research or ask around :) This method ensures you get almoast all the low uri, not only the 5000 from falcon ;) Never done it, i don't have Spectrum :(

Dont know for others how they do it but i gow in LOW G. only with 1 ship....
