its the already released evil tao robe with a slight adjustment to the hue to make it blue.
(took the evil tao robe, ctrl + u, dragged the bar, and saved)

the 130 sword .c3 file would be 420330.c3 in c3/mesh....you take the first 5 numbers and change the last one to a 0.
