Right.. I think those were possibly not actual. I modified probably wrong.

My website isn't made for video streaming so buffer times may be pretty long but it is what it is, unless someone wants to pay for a dedicated server for me which would be around $80-$110 a month, it's not going to get any faster than what it is now.
