Did you try both divisions ?
My next suggestion would be to try with a proxy only for updating, might work though..

I have the same problem. I tried to update with both divisions many times but it doesn't work. Any suggestions? I have orginal .pk2 files. I just downloaded client from official CIMO website.

MY update was very very slow...
But yea still good its working :D
Replace your settings folder from Csro folder.
There you go, that should work.
OR
Change your sro_client.
I uploaded my updated sro_client.
Maybe its useful.
