Fallen Cabal - The Hero's Return

Hope server is running good soon no vote exploiter because its not fair, I also suggest to make all item account bind and no send gift in webshop it may cause player abusing the item in shop same us on paradox admin there's no solution they can solve the problem only if they make all item in shop account bind and remove send gift but its not always good to block 10 to 40 account it may cause player leave the server and some of their players is playing on same IP (Internet Cafe).

We already start to work on a new WebShop,Vote System,Refund System and Gift Item System.There will be no bug or exploit.

its only name of fallen... he has no db of old one.

Personally I think a higher wexp would be better, after so much cabal I have no interest in heavy honour farming
