Why do you have a bad opinion about Archlord ?
Do any of you have played with it a few hours though ...? or earned lvl 30 +?
Do you know what this skirmish? or Raid? I think that you have no idea ... Most of you have not even played a single second ... just listen to the opinions of others ... they play it and see for themselves.
You can fight in a duel between them, or select a group to Raid fight - or Battleground, you can fight between two races Crunn and Azzumi . To get lvl not have to do quests - but we see the world through the quests of the game. I know many people from the old ArchLord who play in the Open Beta. At the beginning also thought it was shit, but when they played it they changed their mind.
So my advice:
Play the game and then issue an opinion ...

I played Archlord since the beta of Episode 1,i've stopped 1 year after Webzen got it,now i'm trying this one,this one have few things similar to the original Archlord,but i need to say is not so bad and i'm still lvl 25.
I would have back the real Archlord by Codemaster/Initial Webzen but we can't so guys,give this game a Try,is not so sh it like you think :)

I decided to download this to see what it is...I already think it's shit but who knows I guess...I just miss the AL1 graphics and mounts and skills
Edit: So I tried it. I got to lvl7 by grinding mobs because the quests seemed pretty shitty but the combat is pretty poor. It feels so weird...I had to spam my hotkey for the skill to go off, and you can't lvl like you did in old AL. Maybe you can AOE at higher lvls but there's not many aoe skills(the archer has some traps). The game doesn't even have the same city names as it did in old AL.
I don't see how Archlord 2 is anything like Archlord 1...at all...Not even the city names are the same(correct me if I'm wrong here but they all looked different). Overall, I am pretty disappointed in this game and in my opinion it should NOT be called Archlord 2...It's not Archlord.

Haha "I spent 5 min getting to level 7 and i decided this game sucks!". Game isn't as bad as people are making it out to be. Currently I'm level 17 and i have had no issues. I dont have to spam buttons to get skills to work. Feels like the old "Diablo 2 is better than Diablo 3" discussions. Haters gunna hate, and don't even know why.
Sure the game has its flaws, but it's open beta lol, even the largest mmorpg right now had some pretty game breaking issues durring, and after, beta. Get over yourselves and just enjoy the game. If you dont, then move on and wait for the next one to come out.

Hm heyho folks, time to rise from my depths of rl again and get some gaming done.
The idea behind archlord is pretty much 1 thing: braindead mass mob farming to level up and killing people doing that and then not getting killed by the guys who are in guild with them.^^
Graphics seemed quite nice, dunno how it will look with my 550Ti tho. dont get me wrong there, i'm not a high-definition junkie like those kids of nowadays who know nothing else. Best graphics for me will always be ep2 cm archlord, retro ftw.
The big question is: will they make it a pay2win game or did webzen learn from their past mistakes? Usually i would say webzen are greedy bastards trying to sqeeze any cent out of any game, but then again, thats exactly what Valve does. So what? I have hope. :D
Big respect to the p-server modders tho, winter is coming and u still mod on that crappy korean junkfiles? :D thb, it would be easier to rewrite archlord1 ep2 cm version completely by just exporting all graphics, sounds, effects etc. and then delete the data and get it done by someone who knows how to handle a game constructing software and give it into the hands of professionals.
But yeah, stuff is stuff i guess. And stuff. Anything else? Ah, no. Nevermind.
