thats not true. Pain' has the files, he just doesnt have the time (&/or motivation) to create a server, since it has gone public that he owns them..he got spammed/annoyed and much more by some people (cmarchlord admin for example).

he lives in the same town like me and i played on his beta server before he decided to retire from developing his ep3 server.

So YES i believe it cuz i saw & played it. There was around 100 beta players on the server who can proof it. I wonder that none of them seems to be on epvp!?
