im curious why gameclub is hiding EXP requirements for General ranks?

i have read the rules a while ago and it said that the signature must NOT have any Mybrute links or any referral links

Yeah dude it's possible. Haha. I think KSF has the highest ranking. RED 5 STAR. Now that's some effort.
