How do I change the name? Do I create a new account or use the existing account?
If it's the existing account, how do I change the name? Thank you!

Go on shop->account->Summoner name change.

There isnt any 0.0. 1.98, should i replace it in newest ? (will be 0.0.1.100)

You replace the file with the one uploaded, and than u go to the shop and enter a name and try to buy it with RP/IP? It doesnt work, can any1 please explain it to me. ._.
