No human can click that fast, at a consistent rate and for such a long amount of time without getting tired, so yes it could be detected rather easily.

I was going though my files and found an easier program to use.

All you have to do is hold right mouse button to keep clicking.
If it doesn't stop just do a quick click on the right button
To close the program press "F1"(Stops the program). and find it in the Notication area and right click the icon and press Exit to close it.

Files in the attachment and heres virustotal. the 3 virus scan is a error.

Coll by i have opened 2 times the sofware and it impossible to close it if you have 2 are running as the same time

( but you can press CRTL + ALT + DEL and close the process)

i will add it to my topic later
