You are right!
But there would be an other method maybe...
Put the pbe shop into the normal client.
Inside an swf are the infos about the servers..
I do not know more and this is maybe a possibility.

It's possible but you need to know really got how to bypass the shop server and do your sh!ts,but it can be done by really good hacker/programer like astralfoxy did to play champs that you don't own:)
