PostGres is an complete different system like MySQL ;)
And Navicat does not work for PostGres ;)

I'm not familiar with the program, so of course it's going to be hard, and there's nothing to explain how to use it.

Oh well I'm just going to forget about this source since I can't set it up. Moving on.

Is that password not working for anyone else?

This seems to be CoFullServer, which is not the Qonquer source (to clean things up for some ppl)
This has been released a multiple times so don't be suprised if you have this already :P

Okay people, here goes a fast-placed guide :

1. Install postgreSQL
2. Install Navicat for pgSQL
3. Make a database (I dunno the name, look in the config and/or the source)
4. Execute the sql batch file included in the DB
5. Edit config.ini
