From my point of view he is trying to say that there is other way to increase damage not only stacking.

Maybe remove DC and stack like before is one but long and hard way, but maybe NovaCygni found easier way.

Nova, can we have at least a hint on what file to edit?....and with what

So finnaly :D Can we do a Damage hack or not? Can use somethnik dmg hack on Europe server or not ? This is the question .
