it's working , but I saw some one made tool called fps unlocker , so how can i make a tool to unlock fps with the number I want .

so basically how to edit memory address with tool made from vb.net or c++ ?

That one still works, as long as you update the memory addresses. Although, running Conquer with blacknull now, even without changing anything to the client, will get you restricted this days. A better option will be to alter memory addresses after Conquer has loaded, started from play.exe.

Yeah and these are the addresses you need. Can't believe I patched CO for this lmao.

But as already mentioned, don't run Conquer.exe with blacknull and use this, but rather use this once Conquer.exe has already started.

It's working, if you know how to use it.

It's not a ready made solution, for those just wanting to download and run something. It's actually requiring you to create your own fps unlocked client, if you can understand and follow a few little steps.
