Is this a good gaming motherboard?

This is a CPU cooler, not a CPU.

@Ares u have to look at the board, its for 1155 Cpus, so from the Last Generation.
May she have a i3 3XX.

@tooty123 ur shown mainboard in the first post, is only for 1150 CPUs, for the new generation. U cant put ur 1155 Cpu on a 1150 mainboard.

There is no way he is giving me money for it, that is the whole point of me doing this, he bought me a motherboard and used it to bribe me with. hes a sick guy. he wont pay or take responsibility for it.

But btw. amazon ist very expensive. In Germany this motherboard costs 55€. And 58 Punds ist a lot more than that. So maybe you look for a cheaper online shop.

Amazon and ebay are the ones that sell cheap stuff, but you have to be careful with other stores in the uk a lot of the stuff is false advertising and the stuff that is sold is broken.


i am happy with what i have found.. and i am going to buy the asrock motherboard i suggested and the intel i3 processer..

i just need to know a good graphics card that works with that motherboard suggested :D i dont need the best computer ever, even with my old components high end games worked on low or medium settings and i could record my lets plays. so i class the ones i picked out from your suggestions as an upgrade :)

You mean graphics card. But you have to tell us, how much money you have for the graphics card.

In germany amazon is around 20% more expensive than some online shops. Ebay is eaven more expensive (because auf the selling fees eBay take from the sellers)

i will save up about £150-200 but i don't have enough for all 3 components at the moment if you could suggest a good graphics card compatible with this motherboard that would be fantastic! :)

Krotus suggested the R9 270X. You chose the R9 270 now, which is a different one.

You never have to worry that a GPU doesn't fit in the mainboard, because every (not 10 jear old) GPU will fit.
