I'd like to ask you if you can add a configuration into the remix file, to change different things such as; mobs, damage and etc.. :P

Why shouldn't you be able to use cheat engine ? They can't really prevent the players from using it because they're making the game in gamemaker.

Well first I laughed really hard at you cause you can't prevent someone from using it but you think you can. Then I searched for cheat engine prevention scripts for gamemaker and laughed even harder. The scripts are just a failure. But try to prevent me from using it ;) I will tell you how long it took me to make your "protection" useless.

By changing the values in the game, using a cheat engine you can change the game into an error ^^
The last cheat engine I have used on DarkOrbit Remix, was on the 4.x version, changed the value of the credits and all that, tried to save the game - it didn't work. Why? Because values have changed each setting.

Think carefully on what you write :P

Then your search was a big failure, we dont want to prevent anyone to use it we puted already cheat codes to replace the cheat engine useing.

And I laughed again. I was talking about preventing me from using cheat engine. You are talking about detecting cheat engine. And if you never used cheat engine beyond changing of values and never heard of reverse engineering then please don't correct me cause you're wrong. It is possible (and easy) to patch those things out of the process. Like you could just nop the exit or the call to exit.

Think carefully about what you write :P

Yeah maybe it was but you can do many funny things with cheat engine which cheat codes probably won't do (cause you're not creative enough.) And my point was that it is impossible to prevent cheat engine in game maker. If you do not want to do so then don't. I wanted to tell the person who asked wether it will be possible that it will be possible to use cheat engine because you can't prevent it.

Well this is getting off topic so I won't reply you anymore.
But as I already said you can just remove the TerminateProcess call for example or change the probably push eax into an push 0 so the handle of the process your game is trying to terminate (cheatengine) is 0. Then Cheat Engine will keep running. Or you just change the window title + process name of cheat engine.

You can let check the process by the game, if cheatengine is detected you can end the task for example. Well ,I will not continue to deal with it 'cause I do not care if someone uses Cheat Engine or not.

Game based DOR 5.3
- Added FPS settings. 30 Fps is the normal gamespeed. 60 Fps is 2 times faster gamespeed as 30 fps(loads everything faster,etc)
- Added Background ON/OFF Settings
- Added Epsilon Galaxy Gate
- Added LF-4 Reward for Epsilon GG
- Removed LF-4 from shop
- Added a Rotation like DarkOrbit
- Fixed Some sprites
