Why not start with some very basic bugless sources after u learn coding? -You can find some in the popular public sources thread in the guides section.

i learn to much about C# but still dont know how to coding packets :D
i think i will try another source with packets
about my english, yes its bad but good :D

"i dont know anything about C#". You said that just a few days ago. You can't learn how to program "too much" in a few days. That's ridiculous. If you're actually interested in learning a programming language, you'll be spending months practicing.
