1-CH3 Nexon 2014 is the right client?
2-i need to edit warrock.exe and DSETUP.dll on the client or only warrock.exe?
3-what kind of Hex Editor is good?

2. if you use the nexon client you have to edit both

I delted all my warrock pserver stuff but a client from a private server should work

There is no universal DSETUP.dll and WarRock.exe :D
This files need your/server/hamachi/tunngle ip if you want to play with your friends ->
