Also an Idea to get a fallback.. as of your neightbours wifi (Almost every friendly nieghtbour will give the password of their SSID anyway..) and a callback as VPN.. when VPN drops out, normal wifi/ethernet goes in, when normal wifi/ethernet drops out, friendly neightbours wifi goes in, mostly they dont got triggered hard enought to attack all those 3 at one time, so u wont be offline anyhow :)
